These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the crikkex platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the crikkex platform — including the website, mobile interface, casino game lobby, sports betting markets, payment cashier, or any promotional feature — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the account holder) and crikkex (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account and must not use the crikkex platform in any capacity.
crikkex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, crikkex will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account and will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policies published on crikkex, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules pages. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.
Important Notice: These terms apply to all players accessing crikkex from Bangladesh and from any other jurisdiction where the platform is accessible. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of crikkex complies with the laws applicable in their location.
Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an active account on crikkex, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. crikkex operates a strict minimum age policy. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed without exception and any funds held will be returned to the originating payment method after standard verification checks.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register as players.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh National ID (NID) number or passport number, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have a currently active self-exclusion with crikkex.
- You must not already hold an active or suspended crikkex account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
- Your use of crikkex must not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
crikkex conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all account holders prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or valid passport, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held pending document submission.
crikkex reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at any time if eligibility requirements are not met, if false information has been provided, or if the operator has reasonable grounds to believe that the account presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling.
KYC Documents Accepted: Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, valid passport, driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts is required at withdrawal stage.
Account Obligations
As a registered crikkex account holder, you accept the following obligations in full:
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. crikkex will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Accurate Information: You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be reported to crikkex support promptly.
- Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, and you must not bet on behalf of any other person.
- Own Funds: All deposits made to your crikkex account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your own name. Depositing funds belonging to a third party, or funds derived from criminal activity, is strictly prohibited.
- Notification of Errors: If you identify a technical error, incorrect odds display, or erroneous credit to your account, you must notify crikkex support immediately. You may not knowingly exploit any error for financial gain.
- Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in your location. crikkex provides no legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
Any breach of the account obligations set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and recovery of any winnings derived as a result of the breach. Where applicable, crikkex may refer matters to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Security Reminder: crikkex will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact support@crikkex immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on crikkex — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all payment activity on your crikkex account:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases; card and bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day to be reflected. crikkex charges no platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional identity verification is required.
Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal: Any active bonus balance associated with your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal containing bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits that have not been used to claim a bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC requirements.
Anti-Money Laundering: crikkex is committed to preventing money laundering and the funding of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with AML procedures. crikkex reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected. Deposits that have not been used for genuine betting activity may be returned to the originating payment method without the option of withdrawal to an alternative method.

Bonuses and Promotions
crikkex offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on their crikkex account.
- One Bonus Per Offer: Each player may claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a single bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or different payment methods is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely from wagering with bonus funds. The applicable game contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not wagered within the stated validity window will be removed from your account automatically.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is still active, crikkex reserves the right to forfeit the bonus balance and any wagering progress before processing the withdrawal.
- Operator Discretion: crikkex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or collusion.
Seasonal Promotions: crikkex runs special bonus campaigns around BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Check the promotions page when logged in to see currently active offers available to your account.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed and casino games played on crikkex are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules may be published in supplementary rule sheets accessible from within the relevant game lobby or betting market.
Bet Acceptance: A sports bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. crikkex reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets that exceed the stated maximum stake for the relevant market.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or per game round are displayed within each market or game interface. crikkex reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where a pattern of betting behaviour warrants this.
Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and across accumulator bets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable payout limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.
Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event to which it relates is cancelled, abandoned, or if it is determined that the bet was placed at an erroneous price. Voided bets are refunded to your crikkex account balance in full.
Casino Game Results: All casino game outcomes on crikkex are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino tables, by the physical result of live dealer play. Game results are final once a round is completed and displayed on screen. Disputes regarding completed rounds must be submitted to support@crikkex within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
System Errors: In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game round before the outcome is determined, crikkex will restore the game to its last confirmed state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
Dispute Window: All disputes regarding game outcomes or settled bets must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event or game session by contacting support@crikkex. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikkex platform. Any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance at crikkex's sole discretion:
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, address, device, or payment method.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the platform in a systematic manner not intended for ordinary player use.
- Exploiting known or suspected software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error are considered void and will be reversed.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with a sporting event on which bets have been placed on crikkex.
- Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, poker rooms, or any environment where the actions of one player can directly influence the outcome for another.
- Using your crikkex account for any form of money laundering, structuring, or the processing of funds derived from illegal activity.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming limits, self-exclusion orders, or account closure decisions by registering a new account or using a third party's account.
- Using the crikkex platform to place bets on behalf of a third party, including acting as an agent or affiliate in a manner that involves pooling funds from multiple individuals.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct towards crikkex staff or other platform users.
Where crikkex determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals, reverse credited winnings, close all accounts associated with the individual, and report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
Fraud Detection: crikkex employs real-time transaction monitoring and fraud detection systems across all account activity, deposits, withdrawals, and betting patterns. Suspicious activity triggers automatic review by our compliance team.
Account Closure and Suspension
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your crikkex account at any time by contacting support@crikkex. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered primary payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no active bonus wagering requirements are pending. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion is available for fixed periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years, or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and cannot be reopened under any circumstances, including at your own request, until the exclusion period has expired. Operator-Initiated Closure: crikkex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; detection of underage gambling; or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to crikkex.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. crikkex will notify account holders of dormancy status via the registered email address. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied after the initial 12-month dormancy period, deducted from any remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. Dormant accounts may be permanently closed after 36 consecutive months of inactivity.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, whether voluntary, operator-initiated, or self-exclusion-based, you lose access to all account features, game history, transaction records, and any associated bonus balances. Transaction history may be requested from support@crikkex within 6 months of closure for accounts closed voluntarily or through self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion Periods: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent. To request self-exclusion, contact support@crikkex with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Your account will be locked within 24 hours of confirmation.
Dormant Account Fee: ৳200 per month after 12 months of inactivity. Log in to your account at least once every 12 months to prevent dormancy fees from being applied to your balance.
